1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "betdat" refers to the online gaming platform operated at betdat.org, including all games, features, payment systems, promotional programmes, and customer support services available through that domain.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who has created a registered account on betdat or who accesses the betdat platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered account created by a Player on betdat.org, through which bets, deposits, withdrawals, and game play are conducted.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held within a Player's betdat account at any given time, excluding locked bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account as part of a betdat promotional offer.
• "Services" means the full range of casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, crash games, slots, and related digital services available on the betdat platform.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register a betdat account and use any part of the betdat platform. By proceeding with registration, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. betdat reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where this requirement is not met.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

It is your responsibility to ensure that online gambling is permitted under the laws applicable to you before registering or using betdat. betdat does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.

2.3 Account Registration

To access betdat's real-money Services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual player is permitted to hold one active betdat account at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or through any other means of circumvention — is strictly prohibited. betdat reserves the right to merge, suspend, or close duplicate accounts and to withhold any funds associated with them pending investigation.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betdat username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. betdat will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. You must notify betdat's support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum daily withdrawal caps are displayed in the Player's account dashboard at the time of withdrawal request. These limits may be subject to change and may vary depending on the payment method selected.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

betdat processes all valid withdrawal requests around the clock, including Bangladesh public holidays. Processing times vary by payment method but betdat aims to complete mobile wallet withdrawals — including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving institution. betdat reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on betdat are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote amounts in Bangladeshi Taka. betdat does not apply currency conversion charges for BDT transactions. Any currency conversion costs associated with international card transactions are the sole responsibility of the Player.

3.5 Anti-Money Laundering

betdat operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering principles. betdat reserves the right to request proof of identity, proof of source of funds, and any other documentation required to satisfy its AML obligations at any time. Accounts may be suspended pending the completion of such checks. Funds associated with suspected fraudulent or illicit activity may be withheld indefinitely pending investigation.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

betdat may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms published at the time the offer is made, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bonuses), time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus winnings.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are not immediately withdrawable. They must be wagered a specified number of times — the "wagering requirement" — before any associated winnings become available for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each individual promotion's terms. Failure to complete wagering within the specified time period will result in the automatic expiry and forfeiture of any remaining bonus funds and associated winnings.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

betdat actively monitors account activity for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk hedging bets to clear wagering requirements, using automated software, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures. Where betdat determines in good faith that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to void bonus funds, void any winnings derived from such play, and permanently suspend the account in question.

4.4 Employee and Affiliate Exclusions

betdat employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates — and their immediate family members — are not eligible to participate in any betdat bonus or promotional programme. Any attempt to claim bonuses by excluded persons will result in the forfeiture of those funds.

5. Game Rules and Betting

5.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on betdat are supplied by certified third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates using independently certified random-number generation (RNG) technology. betdat does not alter game outcomes and makes no representation that any particular result is achievable.

5.2 Sports Betting Rules

In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and the Sports Betting Rules, the Sports Betting Rules take precedence for sports-related matters.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits for both casino games and sports betting markets are displayed within each respective game or market interface. betdat reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice, including applying individual account-level limits where betdat deems this necessary.

5.4 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or incorrect display of odds or payouts, betdat reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its sole discretion. betdat is not liable for any losses — real or perceived — arising from a technical error or malfunction in any game or betting market.

5.5 Disconnections

betdat is not responsible for interruptions to gameplay caused by the Player's internet connection, device hardware, or third-party mobile network provider. In the event of a disconnection during an active game, betdat's server-side game records will be treated as the authoritative record of the game state at the time of disconnection.

6. Responsible Gaming

betdat is committed to promoting safe, responsible gambling among its player base. Players are encouraged to view gambling as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income. betdat provides the following responsible gaming tools free of charge to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from their account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session reminders and maximum session durations to manage time spent on the platform.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a voluntary break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, login access and all wagering functionality is suspended.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

7.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your betdat account at any time by contacting betdat's support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding locked bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your most recently used withdrawal method, subject to identity verification.

7.2 Suspension and Termination by betdat

betdat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time without prior notice if betdat has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has: (a) breached any provision of these Terms; (b) provided false registration information; (c) engaged in fraudulent, collusive, or abusive behaviour; (d) used automated software or bots; (e) failed to satisfy age or identity verification requirements; or (f) engaged in any other activity that betdat deems harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

7.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access the betdat platform ceases immediately. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to uncompleted wagering requirements will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be assessed on a case-by-case basis; funds associated with suspected fraud or Terms breaches may be withheld pending investigation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the betdat platform — including but not limited to game graphics, software, text, logos, interface designs, audio, video, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of betdat or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the betdat platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any betdat content without prior written authorisation from betdat.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

betdat collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using betdat and accepting these Terms, you also accept the terms of betdat's Privacy Policy in full. betdat implements industry-standard SSL encryption on all data transmissions between the Player's device and betdat's servers. betdat does not sell or rent personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betdat's total liability to any Player for any single claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the betdat platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. betdat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages of any nature, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if betdat has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

betdat provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. betdat makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Your use of betdat is at your sole risk.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of betdat shall first be referred to betdat's customer support team at [email protected] for informal resolution. betdat commits to responding to all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of submission, either party may pursue the matter through appropriate legal channels as permitted under applicable law.

12. Amendments to These Terms

betdat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, betdat will provide notice to registered Players via email or via a prominent notice on the betdat platform prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the betdat platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using betdat and may request account closure in accordance with Section 7.1 above.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, lawful, and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision shall be deemed deleted. Any modification or deletion of a provision shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with betdat's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Sports Betting Rules, and any applicable bonus terms and conditions, constitute the entire agreement between you and betdat with respect to your use of the betdat platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings of any kind relating to the same subject matter.
